Meet Our Attorney

Brian Banner has advocated for the wrongfully injured for over a decade. He started as a Legal Secretary, speaking to clients on a daily basis and attending to their needs. From coordinating transportation for these clients as a result of a totaled car, picking up a police report from a Police Station, to sending clients flowers after a lengthy medical procedure, Brian walked with them along each step of their case’s individual path.

After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from the University of California, Irvine, he went on to earn a Juris Doctorate of Law from California Western School of Law in San Diego. He worked himself through his education at a high- volume personal injury law firm where he continued to assist clients, but also became heavily involved in intense litigation and trial. This experience garnered him the expertise to aggressively fight insurance companies and other entities for a fair and generous settlement. It also gave him invaluable time in the courtroom.

Several years ago, Brian was involved in a major head-on auto collision himself and worked with two insurance companies to retrieve the maximum amount possible in settling his claims. He also underwent numerous medical procedures and treatment, giving him first-hand understanding as to what his clients experience while injured in an accident. He can truly empathize with his clients. He has walked in their shoes, and fights for their rights as if it were his own claim to tackle. His accident instilled in him a genuine empathy for clients who are enduring their own trials from an accident. But he has always had compassion for others and a desire to help people.

As a 19-year- old, Brian served a two-year service and proselyting mission for his Church. He lived full time in Barcelona, Spain, where he was completely immersed in the language and culture. There he served the Spanish people and gained a love for the Spanish language. He is completely fluent and has a passion for speaking the language and helping Spanish-speaking clients navigate through the legal system, which is many times, a predominantly English-speaking place.

He continues to love athletics. He’s an avid golfer and softball player. He enjoys coaching his son through consecutive seasons of football, baseball and golf. Brian brings this competitive nature with him to any forum where he is required to contest for a client’s well being, and will do all that it takes to fairly gain the advantage for his client. Brian and his wife Stephanie are the proud parents of a son and daughter and enjoy camping together, the beach, following the Angels baseball team, and traveling. Brian has a passion for helping disadvantaged youth with his non-profit organization, Banner Athletes, which supports disadvantaged youth through athletic events and races. He is also a Boy Scout Leader.
